Coöperatieve Stadsbrouwerij De Dikke

We started Stadsbrouwerij de Dikke in 2015. This brewery re-introduced a beer, based on a recipe from 1495. This was found in a so called ordinance, and ordered that beer should be made, using a large amount of oats. A grain that is not often used in beer nowadays. It however gives a very creamy and smoothly taste and de Dikke has won several awards with her different products. All of the beers are brewed in Wijk bij Duurstede, using only natural ingredients.
