An ale that went through our kettle souring program (a process that sours beer at warm temperatures in a matter of days, rather than months in a barrel). The product is a clean and simple sour beer. We added the cherries and almonds during the secondary phase of fermentation for increased aroma and flavor. Expect bright cherries and sweet almond nougat on the nose.
