Bin ziemlich verwirrt: es schmeckt nicht wie eine klass. Weiße, eher wie eine Berliner W., also schön säuerlich. Allerdings sind keine Milchsäurebakterien angegeben. Der Rauch kommt nur gegen Ende leicht durch, bei weitem nicht so wie beim Schlenkerla.

Ritterguts Gose: Milchsäurebakterien sind nicht anzugeben, da sie natürlich auf dem Malz vorkommen; im Gegensatz zu technischer Milchsäure-aber wer tut sowas
