Great Been saving it in the cellar. Hoppy, fizzy, IPA-ish. Lots of hops. 8.5 ABV, woof. Good stuff. Dry hopped and wild yeast. I'm not a huge farmhouse style guy, but this was really nice. Not like hot dog water at all.
