Brusseleir Brass de la Senne ABV 8% 好久沒喝Stout 黑啤，看著外面的酒標，感覺喝完好像會飛到外太空，這個主題非常適合星星的晚上自己一個人喝！剛打開瓶子的時候，忍不住偷喝了一口，後來拿出冰杯，發現到的時候他泡泡非常的多，而且很綿密，當下好像看到龍眼口味的基隆泡泡冰的感覺😹 這個黑色的泡泡，感覺就像是espresso的créma。這支真的咖啡感喝起來還真的滿強的🔥 入口有個焦糖味還是巧克力味，後續就有點像是IPA的後續苦味。偏濃烈！滿爽的！非常可以接受🫶

Medium krop godt ristet malt med en relativt hård humle allerede i starten af øllet. En chokolade sødme risler fint ind over tungen. Og danner grundlag for god eftersmag. Bitterheden falmer dog rimelig meget med tiden og sødmen kommer meget mere igennem
