#LaterTap. Our final bottle of one of our favorite beers! While it was still enjoyable, the flavors are quite different at this point in its lifespan. This reminded me of a cross between a fruit heavy barley wine and a good tawny port.

Tasted vertically with the current (2021) version... this beer definitely benefited fron the aging. Also... this older version used different barrels for aging. We like this older version better.
