Ahhhh... Spring. The weather turns, the grass is green, and more importantly than anything else, BASEBALL. That's right, just as the seasons must pass and return, so too must baseball come back into our lives bringing levity and joy. Just like Spring Training, this lighter, drier DIPA is crafted for the anticipation of the new season. To stretch the analogy too far, Simcoe hops are the pitcher in the prime of their career, producing big fastballs of peach and mango candy, whereas Chinook is more the experienced catcher, expertly framing in those pitches to make pine smell like pineapple.
