Last bottle from the cellar. Still get the peppery and salt blend with a touch of sweetness. I think the aging did this one quite well to really bring out the character of the beer.

Two years since the last bottle. The aging definitely helps as the pepper and salt works better. Still get a bit of heat and brine, but it blended with some malt sweetness.
