Whiskey Barrel-Aged Imperial Saison with Peaches
We took a batch of Tropic King, one of our best selling beers and Saison’s bigger brother, added peach puree and souring bacteria and aged it in whiskey barrels. The oak and fruit work well in this tart beer while adding a new complexity to the tropical fruit flavors of Tropic King.
Notes of passion fruit, mango, peaches, black pepper, and a hint of whiskey.
