Roasted malts, strong black coffee, molasses, very oaky, very alcoholic. Subtler notes of sweetness from dark stone fruits, a touch of leather, a touch of smokey tobacco. Rich, smooth mouth feel with just enough carbonation. Dry finish.

Beer EAGLES: Excellent. His recipe changes a bit from batch to batch. Some are more chocolate and some are more smoke/leather. Guess this is a leather!
