Better than the last bottle, but there was still some yeast at the mouth, dried up and stuck to the side. No carb. Drank well, about as well as one would expect for a seven year old Lambic.

Low carbonation, but this is tasting pretty amazing. Tartness and Funk give way to a really great floral peach flavor. I'll miss this beer... I wish I had more.

Purchased from the brewery. Flat. All the yeast was around the top of the bottle, I.e. not in contact with the beer. Hoping my other bottle is better. At least the yeast appears to be on the bottom of that one. Disappointing.This was once my favorite beer
