Intense aroma and flavour dominated by caramel malts, plenty of sweetness. Full and rich mouthfeel. Pretty impressive, I guess, if you’re on the caramel wagon.

Slightly malty nose. Thin, still bitter, not too much else going on.

I’ve been saving this one for 10 years. Has an aroma of hard cider (the old kind before the orchards started pasteurizing.) Was planning on saving it for #2500, but things change. Very malty, only slightly boozy despite the ABV. Surprisingly smooth.
