Brewed with Luke Nicholas, brewer of New Zealand’s Supreme Champion Beer, Epic Pale Ale, this version of Halcyon is all about the hops. We increased the bitterness to over 100 IBU (International Bitterness Units) & added a ridiculous amount of hops at dry hopping. All these hops give masses of fruit characters, gooseberry, pineapple, guava, peach & more. Finishes with a long intense bitterness & balanced malt sweetness. Read Less
