Bottle n°1492 claims to be served between 0° and 5°C but I disagree. A very nice wild ale with an apricot flavour but I am not getting any peach though. It reminds me of a Geuze albeit it with a lower fruit content. The finish is very tart and fairly dry.

Dry and very fruity, mildly sour, in a wild ale manner. The oak barrel jotes are very distinct with vinous or whisky-like vanilla notes. Very nice!
