Sidereal Farm Brewery focuses on the science behind brewing. Chemistry, microbiology, and passion is what fuels us. Using our in house yeast lab (Sidereal Labs), we are able to weaponize the science of brewing in house. We have one of the largest brewing yeast/bacteria catalog on the east coast as well as a full scale lab worth of analysis equipment. We focus on historical beers, mixed fermentation, clean lagers, lots of oak and foudre beers, coolship spontaneous beers, high ABV stouts and everything in between! We are also a winery making wines, fruit wines, ciders, sakes and hybrids! We are also situated on a 23 acre organic produce farm with a fine dining open fire restaurant and a fermented coffee roastery.
