Organic Harvest Saison (2021)

Quite acidic for a saison. Appley and funky and a bit vinous. Low carbonation is expected for the style but this is almost completely flat. Unfortunately there’s also a somewhat noticeable, solvent-like chemical note. Otherwise would be lovely.
