Schwierig… im Antrunk etwas flach auf der Brust, das farmhouse-typische fehlt etwas. Dafür recht bitter und leicht säuerlich. Bei ner Blindverkostung auch ein feines Sour… 😊 anders als erwartet und anders ist (manchmal) gut
