Hops are Mittelfruh (bittering) and German Saaz (finishing). Augustiner yeast. Light and Pilsner malt and Carafa III. Lagered for 6 weeks. BIG coffee French roast nose. Same in taste with hint of sweetness. Some phenols are here.
