Fillipe is drinking a Kaishi Red Ale by Sun Hop Brewery on Untappd

I was already a fan of the IPA with wasabi and the wit with ginger. But probably this one is the best o the three. Toffee, biscuit, caramel... everything perfectly balanced. Really nice beer to pair with many different dishes.
