MBS - Sour Session #4
Wednesday, October 11, will be Milwaukee Beer Society’s fourth Sour Session tasting. Every few months we do a sour session featuring certain types of sour beers. This time we will be focusing specifically on lambic and gueuze. Lambic is a spontaneously fermented beer brewed in the Pajottenland region of Belgium. Its unique history, traditions, brewing, and fermentation process makes it like no other beverage in the world. Price: $20 (plus membership, a one-time $10 fee)
