Subtle and modest. The nose has light citrusy notes that I suspect have fallen off a touch. Biscuity malt with a touch of honey that gradually shifts into a drier, crisper experience with pine, lemon, and black pepper hop notes.

Soundly made and cleanly fermented, but less crisp and a little sweeter and maltier than I prefer in my lagers. Still perfectly good and drinkable though!

I don't get much classic Mosaic or Galaxy character, but it does feel a bit more old school WCIPA — a little biscuit and caramel with lots of pine, grass, and flora.
