Wow. This is a massive beer. Boozy AF, thanks to both the style & the bourbon barrel aging. Malty & cake-like up front, followed by toffee, candied stone fruit & some winter spice. Like an English Christmas Pudding or fruit cake. I’m flabbergasted.
