Outbound by Calusa Brewing

J. Caufield is drinking an Outbound by Calusa Brewing at meadows gateway mailbox

Nose is light grassy lemon noble hop w/a bit of sweet bready malt creeping in. Great crisp/dry balance brings our malt depth. Perfect amount of hop character tailing into finish. So so good.

Better than solid pils: honey sourdough & floral hop nose, mod. sweet, cracker dry malt flavors. Bit of salinity. Dialed in carb w/a fairly clean finish. Well done.

Pineapple rind & just overripe citrus nose. Space left for a nice honey tinged, doughy/bready malt to show throughout. Mostly clean finish-nice one.
