Very Clean and smooth on the palate not thick at all and appropriately carbonated!! Subtle notes of Bourbon, chocolate, tobacco, vanilla, btown sugar,and Caramel throughout!! A touch of Char with Alochol heat hits the back of the throat, GREAT BREW!!!
