Jeroen is drinking a Struis by Brouwerij 't IJ on Untappd

Bottle from 2010 (14 years old), stored in my own cellar. Big head, cloudy dark brown, chunks of yeast. Nose of a Flemish sour, flavor is a mix of Belgian Strong and Orval. Strongly benefits from the wild yeast in the windmill back in the days. Amazing.
