Had to order this to reminisce over my brief visit to Cerebral years ago. No complaints here! A creamsicle like you’d expect from Finback. So much mandarin orange. Lots of vanilla. Almost no bitterness to speak of.

The perfect amount of tart. Lots and lots of strawberry, both ripe and unripe. Some fermented notes rip through like you’d expect from a Greek yogurt. The lasting sour note is more lemony than anything else for me.

Just finished a tour with the Roux, and now it’s Coolship sampling time (and its variants). This one’s perfect for the season. A slight balsamic vinegar quality to it before pumpkin rushes in. Some minerality and salt. Gotta take this one slow.
