7yo. Cold and freshly opened, mute and tired lowkey brett brux. Warmed up, fragrant and floral. Apricots in rosewater. Musty wood at the back. The hops have left, only muffled acridity remains. A tail of dry and thin apple juice. Past its peak, enjoyable.
