Old brother who I never checked in. Velvety, sweet, almost like nitro but of course not, this is an ancient banger with amazing smoothness, caramel and wet bread. The different side of the coin to Vitus.

Tart certainly, but not overly so. The berries balance neatly, salt compensates back, and it all comes together in a tangy, long aftertaste. Not bad at all.

Beautiful dense color. Light fruity nose, more NE than plain IPA. 6 months in the can feels like it has lost some of the edge, but comes in fresh and balanced. The yeast and residue is very visible. Aanrader.

Interesting source and style but execution leaves plenty to wish for. Lacking flavors what I would love to feel with farmhouse ales. Maybe another try later.
