Far less faded than any other 15 year old beer I’ve had — which normally turn to malt water. This still has body, some of that “soy” and sweet, mild oxidation.

Imperial, Oatmeal, Rye Stout, and Barleywine — 18-36 months in: • 41% Bourbon barrels • 30% Rum barrels • 11% Port wine barrels • 7% Maple syrup barrels • 11% Cognac barrels Chocolate-covered raisins. Not nearly as sweet as BCBS. This is fabulous.
