Berliner Weiss style ale with cherry concentrate and milk sugar

This is very true to the style that originated in Koln (Cologne), Germany. This Kolsch is unfiltered and cold-conditioned. The result is a beer that is clean and refreshing, with a crisp finish. It is agreeable without being boring; the beer lover’s session ale.

Mule Beer is an Ale brewed with lime and ginger. Hazy copper in color with an off-white head, Mule Beer pours with strong aromas of ginger and tangy lime. Pronounced flavors of ginger and lime are accompanied by a biscuit-like maltiness and a creamy body. This light-bodied, Moscow Mule inspired brew finishes with a spicy ginger kick.

Our IPA has a nice balance of a sturdy malt backbone, alcohol, hop bitterness and aroma. The fresh hop aroma of floral citrus and a touch of pine from massive amounts of late hop additions in the boil and in dry hop will invite you to enjoy this beer time and time again! A rhetorical device, Kettle Logic describes a set of arguments that are individually true but contradictory when used together. So when your friend drinks your Kettle Logic Amber Ale and claims that, 1) I don't even drink beer. 2) I only drink lagers, and 3) I do drink amber ales but only on Wednesdays – today is Saturday... all of those could be true on their own, but they make a terrible argument when you have an empty glass and your friend keeps giving you excuses. This is an amber-colored ale made on the malty side and balanced with juicy characters from the hops. 5.6% ABV

Timber Chap is an easy drinking, crisp, malt forward amber lager brewed with a thoughtful selection of Vienna, Munich, and medium crystal malts to contribute notes of toasted bread, biscuit, and a hint of rich malt sweetness. European hops provide balancing bitterness with subtle floral and citrus notes. 4.7% ABV.

The Crusher Petite Sirah is a deep, inky color with bold aromas of boysenberry, blackberry, and fig jam. The inviting aromas lead to a medium palate with a core of juicy fruit flavors, toasted hazelnut and baking spice notes. The wine spends 10 months in a combination of French, American and Hungarian oak, giving the final blend a soft texture with fine, well-integrated tannins.

With earth and wild strawberry on the nose, this red contains 5 percent Petit Verdot for added color and body. Its forest-floor effect is lightened by fine acidity as savory notes of chestnut, nutmeg, and characteristic black cherry emerge.
