This is the 5% batch and has a better bite. Passed the test of a friend who only likes Modelo. This is (much) better. Has a nice bite to it also for this version. Elevated from the previous iteration.

Bold,rich color thanks to the strawberry.Had sour flavors to it but not quite a sour style for me.Leans more of a milkshake to my taste likely thanks to the soft-serve and vanilla.Has some astringent notes too.Glad to have tried but not quite as expected.

Good toasted flavors. Has the bready character that makes elevates the lager for me. Caramel is a good note and so is the subtle spice in the tasting notes. Well done as usual.

Happy Founders Day! Very nice sunset to this series. Brings notes of cinnamon. The earthy/oak come through balanced with the nice vanilla. Coconut is there but does not take over. Smooth though with a light bite finishing a bit sweet. Quite Quaffable! #53
