Estrella Damm has been brewed following the original 1876 recipe, using barley malt, rice, and hops. 100% natural ingredients.

The quality of these ingredients is our first priority, and that is why we work directly with local Mediterranean farmers.

Unlike many brewers, we have our own malthouse, which allows us to monitor the entire process first hand.

Estrella Damm is a golden colour with tones of amber and slight shades of green. It is bright and sparkling, with a cream-coloured, long lasting head. It is a beer with lots of delicate, lively bubbles. The generous aroma is of fresh spices. The flavours of toasted grains add to the beer’s personality. The mouthfeel is smooth, thanks to the fine bubbles. Estrella Damm is a fresh-tasting beer, with a lively acidity.

Daura was launched in 2006. Since then it has received numerous awards from prestigious international competitions, being recognized as the best gluten-free beer in the world.
We can define Daura as the taste of "the real beer", as it is made with its main ingredient: barley malt.
The mouthfeel is smooth thanks to the fine bubbles. Daura is a fresh-tasting beer, with a lively acidity. The finish is bitter and long lasting.

Damm’s first Märzenbier was created in 1953.
In the early years, it was only brewed between October and April and wasn’t made for the rest of the year.

In 1955, as it had become a great success, it was decided to brew the Märzenbier all year round.

It was given the name Voll-Damm. “Voll” in German means full, complete.

The name suited a strong, intense and full-bodied beer.

The double quantity of malt in the recipe makes it a powerful product. With twice as much flavour. Double the body. Something you can tell from the first sip.

Voll-Damm is made with natural ingredients which are carefully selected at source. Water, barley malt, rice, corn, hops and yeast.

During cooking we add Nugget, Magnum and Taurus variety hops, which are responsible for the characteristic bitterness of Voll-Damm.

Voll-Damm is an oak-coloured beer with orange tones. It is dense and bright, with a toasted chromatic layer. The foam is compact. It has fine, lively, active bubbles. The aroma is of great intensity and complexity. The first scents are fruity, of ripe peach and apple; a note of orange adds freshness. The overall aroma is clean, with an end note of toast. The first taste in the mouth is full, with lots of personality. Voluminous and creamy. The final flavours are reminiscent of the tannins of tobacco leaves. The bitterness of the hops gives an intense, refreshing sensation.

The ideal temperature to serve Voll-Damm is between 6 and 8 degrees.

In 2014, Damm set up a project with Prades Town Council and the Prades Cooperative to study whether it would be possible to grow Mediterranean hops in Prades, as part of the Prades 20.20 programme. The climate and the type of terrain are very similar to the world's most important hop producing regions. August 2017 saw our first harvest. Complot is our Mediterranean IPA. A complex recipe, which, in addition to Nugget hops from Prades, uses 7 other hops (Summit, Willamette, Citra, Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, Mosaic).
