Emmer is an ancient grain and was very important to Ireland’s first Neolithic farmers, and now brewers on Dublin’s Northside! A super fresh, juicy pale ale dry hopped with El Dorado, Citra, Azacca and Idaho 7. It has the perfect hit of juicy tangerine and citrus, complemented by a mild malty backbone provided by pale malt from Ireland's south coast. The finish is of a lingering bitter orange zest. At 5.5% it feels like a much bigger beer, but since it has a relatively low bitterness it is refreshing and sessionable. Read Less

This traditional Pilsener has its origins in the Czech Republic. We used typical Bohemian Pilsener malt and Bavarian bittering hops, as well as the classic Czech hop Saaz.

The body is relatively complex for a pale lager, with bready malt flavours balanced by a soft but present bitterness. The finish tips the balance in favour of the distinctive floral and spicy hop flavours provided by late hopping with Saaz hops. It will go well with pretty much any food on your plate but is best served cold to quench your thirst after a long walk. Read Less

This Munich style Helles Lager holds back on hops and bitterness to allow the sweet and full bready flavours of malt take centre stage. Nonetheless
there is a noticeable hop presence from the traditional German Hallertau
hops used in the kettle and the whirlpool, which lend this lager subtle
herbal and floral aromas. Although the balance falls slightly on the
malty side, the rich body and full mouthfeel does not inhibit this beers
drinkability, and the finish is soft and crisp. Enjoy it in the garden, or with salty pretzels and bratwurst.

The Maibock's flavour is malt-forward. The mixture of Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malts combines to provide toasted notes and bready malt flavours, complemented by the warmth of the high ABV. Traditional German hops from the Hallertau region are used only in the kettle. They provide the faintest touch of spicy and floral notes, while delivering just the right amount of balance in the beer. Read Less

This big DIPA is brewed with the addition of Rye which gives the malt bill a certain spiciness. Standing opposite the rye is a mountain of Centennial, the classic American citrus hop, which we use in the kettle, whirlpool, and in two dry hop additions. We also used CryoPop, a new product from Yakima Chief, that blends various Cryo Hops. The result is a huge IPA, which combines the spicy malt flavours of Rye, with the orange and grapefruit flavours of Centennial, all lifted by the tropical fruit flavours of Cryo-Pop hops. Read Less
