Tessie is the Godfather of our Northeast IPA series. The beer pours a hazy orange-ish hue, that absolutely glows in the light. The aroma is full of tropical and stone fruits, from the insane dry-hop additions of El Dorado and Citra. The mouthfeel is round and soft, with minimal bitterness. The flavor is incredibly juicy, with even more of the same fruit characters that showed themselves on the aroma. Read Less

Catalina Breeze, the flagship of our West Coast IPA series, features copious amounts of Simcoe and Citra hops. It pours a light amber, but don't be fooled into thinking this is a malty beer. The grain bill is just big enough to support the massive hop additions. The aroma of grapefruit, pineapple and passionfruit jumps out of the glass. And the finish is dry, with a pleasant bitterness that lingers just long enough. Read Less

For Uncle Disheveled, we make a cold toddy with Highland Coffee Company's Southern Pecan coffee. We then blend the cold brew into the finished base beer. This cold brew process reduces the astringency that can sometimes come through in hot brewed coffee.

The beer itself pours black as night, with a beautiful caramel-brown head. The aroma is earthy, with plenty of pecan nuttiness, caramel and a touch of chocolate. The flavor shows even more pecan & chocolate, finishing with a slight coffee roast character.

Greg Hofer, the founder of Highland Coffee Co., is called Uncle Disheveled by his nephew. We couldn’t imagine a better name for this beer.

This beer in only released once a year, at our Anniversary in December. Get it while you can, because it won't be around long. Read Less

Wooderson pours a brite gold, with a frothy white head. The aroma has a slightly sweet, smokey character. Light on the palate, but with a nice creaminess, the mesquite smoke shines through on the finish of the beer. While Mesquite can be a powerful aroma & flavor, Wooderson shows a nice balance between the smoke character and the malt sweetness. Neither dominates, but instead they find a beautiful harmony. It manages to be delicate and robust, all at once.

This beer is inspired by the good people of Texas, and the amazing BBQ that is made there. So, what better way to celebrate Texas than to name this beer after one of the most iconic Texas-based characters in film history, David Wooderson from Dazed & Confused?
