This beer is a Schwarz-inspired top-fermented ale with a heavy load of many more ingredients. Black cherries, dades, some allspice (pimenta) and of course the well know 'swearing' part, the chillies! Not as swearing as you are used to though!
For this one we used the Chile Morita!

Like El Jefe’s salsa sauces this beer goes great with either mexican food or a good bbq. From ribs, pulled pork or veggie sticks; drink it with anything.
Or have some nacho’s with the masked man’s hot sauces!

El Jefe and Der Neo met on Wild West Brew Fest a chilli, beer and wrestling festival. Sharing the love for chillies they created this beer inspired by El Jefe's new bbq sauce 'Barbaqao Cherry'! Read Less
