Our Atlantean beer is inspired by mythological sea journeys which took curious voyagers beyond the Ninth Wave in search of the magical Otherworlds and the secret treasures they held. For this IPA our inspiration has travelled back from the other lands of New England across the cloudy foam of the Atlantic.

Description:
In this creamy and cloudy IPA we used copious amounts of American hops to add a big, juicy, fruit punch. Oats and lactose add a rich creaminess that subdues the bitterness, making this beer similar to a hopshake. Drink the beer as fresh as possible, when all the Alpha & Beta oils from the hops are the most powerful.

Tasting Note:
New England IPAs are beers that are purposely hazy or cloudy, which can give these brews a smooth, creamy mouthfeel with little to no hop bitterness at the end utilizing hops that impact a tropical, juicy sweetness rather than the classic bitter.

A fierce and powerful creature was the Black Boar. This huge beast played a massive role in shaping ancient Irish history. Famously the Balck Boar killed, and was killed by Diarmuid the warrior, while he answered the challenge of his archrival Fionn MacCumhail on the mountain of Ben Bulben in County Sligo. The Black Boar has come to represent resilience. Fitting then that this black, silky Imperial Stout should carry the name of one of ancient Ireland's most notorious icons.

Description:
An intensely flavoured, big, dark ale. Roasty and bittersweet, with a noticeablke alcohol presence. Dark fruit flavours meld with roasted coffee and dark chocolate notes to create a very full-bodied, velvety, luscious texture.

Tasting Notes:
Rich and intyensely complex flavours of dark chocolate, roasted malts, and robust coffee. Full-bodied, with a soft carbonation; finishing with a mellow alcohol warmth.

The Phantom Mórrígan, was one of the triple goddesses in Irish mythology. She was the shapeshifter and patron deity of revenge and magic who created the clouds of fog that the Tuatha Dé Danann used to conceal their identities. The Fog in our Hazy IPA conceals heaps of flavour and texture, perhaps unexpected for a beer of this gravity.

Description:
This is a golden, hazy and sessionable IPA, with a soft, juicy mouthfeel. Big citrus and fruity top notes accentuated by piney, dank undertones. The intentional haze is caused by withholding the finings in the kettle, allowing the proteins to remain in suspension, ultimately binding with the hop oils to deliver the freshest, hoppiest flavour possible.

Tasting Notes:
Golden hazy, with a hint of orange hues: topped off with a white fluffy head. Hop forward, juicy tropical and stone fruit, supported be dank, sticky pine. Intense tropical fruit, citrus and pine. Soft carbonation, dripping with juicy hops oils.

This is the third in The Dark Druid series of pastry stouts, where orange, milk chocolate, and a splash of vanilla combine with a slightly roasted finish to give you a rich silky stout.

Appearance: A dark, black silky liquid, with a creamy foam caramel yellow head.
Taste: Citrus fresh orange and smooth milk chocolate with a slightly roasted finish.

For this cloudy, crisp, tart and fruity beer style, we have fostered our own wild yeast. It brings the complexity, the surprise, and it certainly bring the magic.

Description:
A mixed fermentation beer, brewed with our house cultivated wild yeasts. Moderately tart with a crisp, intensely refreshing finish. Aromas of lemon and citrusy hops. Flavour is reminiscent of fresh ­squeezed lemonade with a subtle, yet well balanced hop note.

Tasting Notes:
A tart and refreshing wheat beer brewed with oats, lemon peel and coriander. The flavour and aroma are dominated by fresh citrus notes. Beautifully balanced acidity melds with a hint of lemony hops for a crisp, ultra refreshing finish.

Fionn MacCumhaill was a giant; a brave legendary warrior. He was father to Oisin, Little Fawn (our Session IPA), and his wolfhounds were Bran & Sceolan (our Irish IPA). So, there was never any doubt over what we would name our hugely hoppy Double IPA. A flawless balance of bitter and juicy, with a robust backbone, it is truly a giant of a beer. At 8.5% ABV, it proudly stands, as the patriarch of The White Hag family of IPAs.

Description:
Fionn is a modern, New World-style DIPA, extremely pale with a focus on late and dry hop additions to create an intensely fruity IPA. The absence of oats or lactose allows some bitterness to shine through allowing for a more balanced, moreish finish.

Tasting Notes:
Intense citrus and tropical fruits dominate the flavour and aroma. A lush backbone of Irish pale malt supports the heavy hop bill creating a well-balanced finish that leans towards bitter.

We brewed a SMASH IPA featuring only one malt - Irish Ale Malt, and one hop - in this case we're showcasing Mosaic. We use the hop throughout the entire brewing process, from kettle to dry hop, to showcase every aspect of the variety. Mosaic got its name from its unique ability to deliver a range of flavours and aromas depending upon the conditions in which it's used. To contain the beast they covered her with large quantities of stone and mud, creating a huge mound that remains to this day in Enniscrone, near The White Hag brewery.

Lugh was the infamous Sun God who would die annually to be reborn at Yule to marry Éiru, who personified Ireland. So, a new sun meant new life for the Irish people. This traditional ale is rich and malty, brewed with honey, fresh cinnamon and ginger. It’s the perfect
accompaniment to the longest night of the year.

A Holiday classic brought to life here in Ireland. We have taken a rich malty Red Ale, added honey, ginger, and cinnamon, and boosted the ABV a little to warm you up around the holidays. The result is a well balanced, medium bodied, malty spiced ale brewed to be drank not only on the holidays but for the coming years.

Tasting Notes:

We have an amazing water source for stouts, and in the past year we have created some amazing pastry stouts. We love pastry stouts, as the huge grain bill and lactose addition allow us to create a base for carrying richer and more interesting flavours, adding layers of complexity to an already intricate beer. This second iteration of our pastry stout combines decadent milk chocolate with the delicate flavours of coconut.

Description:
This thick velvety stout is fermented with the sweet flavours of melted milk chocolate, as a base for the creamy yet delicate tropical coconut. The sweetness of lactose and the roast stout finish create a silky and rich mouthfeel, to balance out this luscious
pastry stout.
