Nautiloid is an imperial Milkshake IPA. After primary fermentation we loaded this big boy with orange and mandarin before dry hopping with Simcoe and Mandarina Bavaria hops. This deceptively strong beer is the beer-y equivalent of bucks fizz.

The name 'Nautiloid' is inspired by the nautiloid sea creature which we think looks like the cephalopod version of a peeled orange! Read Less

Originally only produced as a cask for special events, we've now relaunched La Adelita to a wider audience. The thick stout is infused with cacao nibs, cinnamon, chipotle peppers and a small amount of vanilla. The flavours were inspired by Mexican chocolate cakes; this beer has dark chocolate and spiced notes with a fiery chilli finish.

The name 'La Adelita' is inspired by a Mexican folk song celebrating strong female warriors of Mexico, it compliments the strong and fiery nature of this beer. Read Less

She's Lost Control is a collaboration brew with our friends over at Protokoll brewery in Berlin.

Based on the theme of cappuccino we brewed this thick imperial stout with milk sugar and vanilla for creaminess and aged the stout on whole brazillian coffee beans which are lower in acidity and higher in chocolate flavours than other varieties. We finished the beer with a low carbonation to enhance the smoothness and creaminess of the flavours.

The artwork includes both a bear and bees drinking honey from coffee cups - in reference to both Berlin and Manchester's local animal mascots. Read Less

Dolis is brewed with a combination of specialty malts, Peruvian cacao nibs and vanilla to create a rich and luxurious imperial stout. Strong flavours of dark chocolate and roasted malt characteristics contrast with sweeter notes of vanilla.

The name and artwork for Dolis is inspired by our designer Tina's favourite moorland crag and one of it's classic f6c boulder problems. Tina enjoyed this climb so much at the weekend, she came to work on Monday and put it on a can! This technical climb has a mix of strong and flexy moves but she says it's the beautiful isolated location that gives it its charm.

Brewed with our friends at Kees brewery in the Netherlands, Storm Kats is a straight Imperial Porter. Brewed with eight different malts and added honey, Storm Kats has rounded flavours of chocolate, honey, sweet toffee and light coffee notes.

The Artwork was inspired by one of the brewers at Kees. Sjors has been painting miniature cats for years. He often hides the cat paintings in bars and finds them hung up on the wall years later. Inspired by these cat paintings, our designer Tina used one of Sjors' cats and created her own version, these two cats enjoy shelter in a storm.

A true collaborative effort between brewers and artists.
