Bottled 11/21/16. As the label says, “Drink Fresh!” Still a nice beer, but has lost most of its Bourbon flavor. Had a 1/2 barrel keg of regular Arrogant Bastard that just kept getting more amazing for 8 years, then went down hill.

Ty Cole: The barrel aging was light at best when fresh. How they did it. I was disappointed they didn’t go all in w/ BBL’s.

Fair amount of oxidisation at this point, nothing too bad, lots of sherry notes, booze is mellow, still bitter and oaky. Has really dried out on the finish, sharp tannic notes and bitterness intensifies towards finish
