Blond

De Vlier Blond is een goudgeel bier van lage gisting (7,5 vol.% alc.) met een wandklevende witte schuimkraag. In de neus is het fris, met hop, appels en citrus. Na een neutrale smaakaanzet komt een tintelende fruitigheid, een toets van honing en een licht hoppige afdronk. Met smaakevolutie, niet gefilterd en ongepasteuriseerd.

Kessel Blond is a clear straw-coloured beer of high fermentation (7.5% ABV) with a thick veil and a huge white head, somewhat adhesive. The aroma is fresh, with hops, apple and citrus. After a neutral start, a fruity, sparkly taste with a hint of honey and an aftertaste of light hops hits. With taste evolution, unfiltered and unpasteurized.
