Very nice saison. Light on the palate and very easy to drink. Wheaty and balanced. Just good. Grishma thinks it's citrusy, yeh maybe. Could even just use more flavor overall.

Frankly didn’t have high expectations but this one was quite spectacular. Moss/taste, malty, yeasty, with some very nice banana/clove notes, peppercorn/spicyness, some pretty nice funkyness, lemon, licorice, grassy, sour/tart. HF like soft souring

Very lemony without the tartness. Wheaty/ grainy. Nice, light, slightly tart beer. Mild funk. Slightly floral? Anytime beer. Not something I'd seek out again because of the lightness of the beer, but so lovely for what it is.

This has a soft lemon note but without the tartness. This is really a very pleasant beer. This would be a good anytime sort of beer. It would also be an interesting introduction to mixed fermentation. I'll look for this again.
