Au nez un petit peu gratzer/rauchbier + Brett ; en bouche fraise, le fumé, plutôt a queues et c’est le bienvenu finish sur le tourbé! Très propre! C’est ça que j’aime dans mon verre 🤩

Attaque très wild mais c’est de suite gourmand, c’est malté réconfortant, c’est fruité-confît et feuille de figuier avec une fin de bouche géniale sur la feuille de figuier (encore)
