Been out the brewing game to long to know what it is I'm not crazy about with this one. It's either they are using earthy noble hops that are making this beer taste more dry and structured, or, what I truly think, is that it has a harder water profile

Well integrated alcohol, but a little bit over sweet. Easy to identify all adjuncts but really only good for one pour. Typically, I don't want people to bother my barleywine, but I'm OK with this. đź‘Ť

This would probably be better if it was in it's 90 days, but still exceptional. My boy luke put me on to these guys and so far they have not let me down. Light as a feather, soft as a pillow, and the herbal, fruity hop flavor profile is exquisite.

This batch definitely heavier on the fruit. Didn't pick up much almond at all. Very tasty, but this go around I feel they could've upped the richness. Would buy again.

Very intense, something I personally am drifting from. The slightest hint of pineapple. Full body roundness enhanced by the coconut. Definitely more bitter than expected. I was thinking it was going to be liquid candy, but more Russian imperial base style
