Juliana Shileny is drinking The Petria (11/21) by de Garde Brewing at Four Wings Mansion
Drier than expected initially, green apricot skin, yeasty on green grape skins and yellow hay, white wine barrel, ends with some pleasant riesling sweetness and viscosity. Cheers to the best news - becoming Hamburgers next school year! 🍻🍔

What a great example of what stone fruit can bring- sour peach, yellow plum, green apricot, the pit gives it a woody note, yellow straw, some barrel, and a little kombucha funk/ tart. Cheers to making sipping a beer a special event!
Juliana Shileny is drinking a Two Infinity & Beyond by Carbon Brews at Four Wings Mansion
Sticky date toffee cake, dark caramel, wheat, boozy, a little bit viscous, warming in the belly, overall a slow drinking beer for sure. Cheers to a lazy first day of Songkran break enjoying the air con at Trader Chu's, raising a toast to 9 months w/ 🎃🥧!

The immediate bright, tart lime nicely balanced the creamy coconut. Some pleasant jasmine tea notes, giving an herbaceous background to this easy drinking beer. Cheers to a great weekend of wrestling and Brandon and Audra!
Sweet cherry jello in liquid form, only lightly malty. Cheers to making it in the nick of time to the Royal Thai Police station to get our police clearance checks so we can move to Hamburg! What a hot, exhaust filled moto ride, but we did it!
