Definitely a robust and tasty hop centric IPA. Smooth grapefruit and piney flavors throughout the swallow. Finish is tongue pleasing and dry. A Marquette MI beer and supposedly named after the Birkebeiner 51K cross country ski event.

Excellent brew. Very refreshing juicy hazy IPA. Crisp citrusy taste. Smooth and not at all bitter despite its IPA designation. 7.3% ABV is noticeable but not overpowering. Thanks to my friend David and his son in law Brad for providing this beer.
