Little bit too strong bitterness. Dry hopping was too compact, could have released more hop oils. Nice malty body, no overwhelming caramel malts. Improved with age.
Bottle
Pretty neat. Wanted to try stronger abv and some dry hopping with citra. Seems like gose is still better brewed around 4,5% with small bittering hopping to have it light and fresh. Sour and hops battling it out is too weird combination.
