Loads of fruit & caramel lead to undertones of earthiness, butterscotch, & raisin that fuse into a complex, layered experience. Palate leads w/ boozy raisins, spiced, earthy oak, & hints of vanilla. Finishes w/ golden raisins & Rolos. Warm, full, rich.

A behemoth. Chocolate vanilla pudding cups w/ coconut macaroons. Pastry bliss on nose exudes Oreo cookies & Godiva Liqueur. Palate drenches the experience in bourbon; burnt caramel, charred tobacco, woody spice. Big, boozy, and very well-executed.

Boozy cold brew. Subdued bitterness from the roast is contrasted by chocolatey undertones. Barrel is subtle but brings hints of burnt toffee. Finish is warming but alarmingly smooth. Doesn’t hit at all like a nearly 15% stout. Thanks I guess, Seth E. ☕️

First check-in. This belongs on the Horus Mt. Rushmore. Fruit-forward nose amplified by sweet honey. Raisinets, charred oak, & plum. Palate leads w/ rich, floral honey. Followed closely by beautiful barrel; toasted marshmallow, caramel, & boozy raisins.
