Jeff S.: I just looked up what a mead (cyser) is … it’s a mixture of fermented honey & apple, which explains why I’m getting the cider taste. Still good … I’ll keep my rating.

A tad sweet but a good cider. Just can’t wait for Passover to end so I can finally have beer.

Not familiar with the Bellini cocktail, but it’s got a tad too much of the peach for my taste … but still a good mead nonetheless.

Their menu says it’s 8% … not 9.4%. Tastes more like an apple cider than a mead, but it’s still a solid drink nonetheless. Not much flavor wise to set it apart but a good, traditional cider/mead.

Better than I was expecting for having chilis in it. Slight spicy kick, but not bad.

Not bad for a cherry cider. I’m getting some faint honey and cinnamon. I think I like the Gowan’s cider I had right before a tad more.
