Allow us to introduce Bijou, a 2.9% table beer brewed to compliment Boardwalk, our collaboration DIPA released a couple of weeks ago. Using a slimmed down version of the same malt bill as it's bigger brother, Bijou similarly features healthy amounts of Nelson Sauvin and Wai-Iti hops for crisp aromas of citrus fruits and white grape skins.
