I cellared this for near on 2 years. Not on purpose, I kind of forgot about it. They reckon you shouldn’t cellar tripels past this, if at all. But it’s added a little raisin and melded all those Belgian fruity esters and caramel flavours nicely. Awesome

Definitely got those Belgium aromas going on, banana 🍌 essence, cloves, earthy n spice. Bold but smooth. Flavorwise matches aroma, earthiness n clove develop more as it warms. Not sure how the fresh presents. Style is 👍👍, for me 🤔 the style
