A good first attempt. Chocolatey up front with a soft and velvety mouthfeel plus a slow heat finish from the homegrown Carolina Reaper pepper. The only thing to change for next time is a little more heat.

4th try at this beer and I'm pretty happy with it. A monstrous fermentation left it a bit on the dry side but still very flavorful. All in all, I'm happy to have this one on.

This is against what should happen, but this beer has actually gotten better the longer it's sat in the Keg. It started off super hazy (in a bad way) but has cleared up nicely. The hop flavors are still very prominent, even this far along.
